What is Shop M.O.?

Shop M.O. is a global online shopping experience where guests can purchase Mandarin Oriental’s signature collection of luxury merchandise including hotel mattresses, bedding, robes, towels, spa hair and body care, home fragrance, gifts, and bespoke products from individual hotels.

Are the products the same as I experienced during my stay?

All products sold are made to the Mandarin Oriental brand standard (fabrication, construction, quality) although manufacturers and packaging may vary from location to location. Should you wish to know if the exact product that you have experienced in one of our properties is sold on Shop M.O., please contact our Concierge Service Representatives here.

How do I buy an item I cannot find on

If an item is not available on Shop M.O., please contact our Concierge Service Representatives here and they will be happy to assist in acquiring the item for you through the hotel where you experienced the product.

Will you ever change the products for sale?

We will add new products several times per year as they become available for Shop M.O. to sell to guests. Please let us know here. if you are interested in purchasing items we do not currently offer, and we will consider them for future product additions.
